Hampton Ballet Theatre School Presents “The Littlest Mermaid” at Guild Hall

The Hampton Ballet Theatre School (HBTS) will premiere its spring ballet “The Littlest Mermaid”— featuring the students of the Hampton Ballet Theatre School—at Guild Hall’s beautiful John Drew Theater. Based on the original Hans Christian Anderson fairy tale “The Little Mermaid” and danced to a vivid orchestral score by Alan Menken, the ballet will transport you under the sea and bring out the kid in all!

Long Island Restaurant Week kicks off its Spring 2012 campaign on Sunday, April 22, for eight days ending on Sunday, April 29. Participating Long Island restaurants will offer a three-course prix fixe for $24.95 all night, every night they are open except Saturday, when the menu must only be offered until 7 p.m. Each restaurant will serve its own unique $24.95 menu with a minimum choice of three appetizers, three entrées and three desserts. Annual Montauk Clean Up for Earth Day

Pick up your FREE garbage bags from Concerned Citizens of Montauk (CCOM) at the Montauk Movie Theater and clean up your own favorite corner of Montauk. CCOM will have a dumpster in front of the movie theater until 2 p.m. where you can dispose of the garbage you collect. Thanks to Mickey’s Carting for generously donating the dumpster again this year.
Earth Day Celebration at Quogue Wildlife Refuge

Benefit Concert at Bay St. Theatre for Katy’s Courage

A community of student musicians coming together to celebrate the life of Katy Stewart, who lost her battle to a rare form of liver cancer at 12 years young, but not before she had captured the hearts of so many in our community. Her courage motivated the creation of Katy’s Courage Fund, a not-for-profit organization dedicated to education and support for families and children, counseling, and pediatric cancer research. Long Island Author’s Group Book Fair at Martha Clara Vineyards
