Training My Body And Stomach In Preparation For Taste Of Two Forks Tonight

Tonight is the Dan’s Taste of Two Forks Event, the best food and wine event in the history of the world in my opinion. Nearly every single restaurant and vineyard on the East End of Long Island will be offering up their finest foods and drinks for guests to sample. It’s awesome, and I freaking can’t wait. Every single ticket, even the VIP tickets, are completely sold out!

So how am I preparing for the event?

Well, besides doing a full boxing and weightlifting routine to burn off some calories before the food binge, I’m also drinking today almost nothing but coffee and water, and eating very light.

I got to go, I’m going to do some pre-event swimming and jogging at the beach!
