7-Eleven Store Owner Helps “Change” Lives

WESTHAMPTON BEACH: Richard Santonocito, a 7-Eleven franchise owner in Westhampton Beach and Center Moriches, has been raising money for Camp Pa-Qua-Tuck by placing a coin jar in front of the cash register at the two locations—and more that $16,000 had been raised since he began the program four years ago. All the money goes to make Camp Pa-Qua-Tuck, which is geared toward special needs children and young adults, as it is the place where “summer is for everyone.”
“We had placed jars to raise money for other causes,” said Santonocito. “When I joined the board (for the camp), I wanted to get the word out…”
