Hailed in its 1995 debut as Long Island’s most lavish Nutcracker, the Seiskaya Ballet production of the classic holiday ballet returns to Stony Brook’s Staller Center in a truly international collaboration, choreographed by world renowned Russian-born choreographer Valia Seiskaya. The Hampton Ballet Theatre School (HBTS), is excited to present their fourth annual production of Tchaikovsky’s beloved Nutcracker. The ballet is choreographed by the director of HBTS, Sara Jo Strickland and includes beautiful costumes designed and hand sewn by Yuka Silvera and lighting design by Sebastian Paczynski. It will, of course, feature the students of the Hampton Ballet Theatre School as well as some parents and local actors. Tickets for adults are $30 for adults, $20 for children.
