Rachael Ray Adds Publishing to Growing Empire

Southampton’s Rachael Ray is expanding her media empire. The South Fork foodie has partnered with Atria Books to launch Rachael Ray Books, her own imprint. The line will publish up to three titles a year, beginning with Lunch Box Blues by Associated Press food editor J.M. Hirsch. Available September 3, the inaugural book will offer hundreds of brown-bag lunch ideas for both kids and adults.
