Nick & Toni’s Celebrates 25th Anniversary with Year-by-Year Menu

Iconic Hamptons restaurant, Nick & Toni’s (136 North Main Street, East Hampton, 631-324-3550) is celebrating their 25th anniversary with a menu featuring “classic” menu items starting on the restaurant’s birthday this Saturday, August 3.

After completing a total interior facelift this spring, Nick & Toni’s looks back at their history with some of the most popular and memorable menu items from the past 25 years. Executive Chef Joe Realmuto and Chef de Cuisine John Baron have highlighted the following classic dishes that will appear on the menu all week long through Sunday, August 11. The restaurant will also donate a percentage of food sales during the week to local food pantries in Springs and East Hampton.

Nick & Toni’s was the brainchild of young culinary couple Jeff Salaway and Toni Ross. In 1988, the restaurant opened its doors and immediately garnered exemplary praise. The New York Times rated it “excellent” and Condé Nast Traveler recommended it to readers visiting the Hamptons—while advising them to book well ahead. Chefs Realmuto and Baron offer Mediterranean country fare that changes seasonally, often using produce grown in Nick & Toni’s own one-acre organic garden. Since its inception, Nick & Toni’s has grown into a power restaurant. Celebrities in the film and music industry are frequent diners as well as artists, political figures, business moguls and more.
