Stars were out en mass thanks to a slew of top tier events over the weekend, including Russell Simmons’ Art For Life Gala, Super Saturday 16, Art Southampton and Robert Wilson’s annual Watermill Center benefit. East Hampton’s Jerry Seinfeld and Amagansett’s Gwyneth Paltrow and Chris Martin enjoyed separate summer meals at the Clam Bar at Napeague.
Celebrity chef Giada De Laurentiis sampled the selection at Sotta Sopra in Amagansett.
Derek Jeter and Hugh Jackman dined separately at Babette’s in East Hampton.
George Stephanopoulos stopped by the Clamman in Southampton.
Liev Schreiber and Naomi Watts ate at Hampton Chutney Company in Amagansett.
Sally Hershberger, Elizabeth Saltzman, Robert Marc and Ron Delsener enjoyed meals at Tutto Il Giorno in Sag Harbor, while Jennifer Lopez and beau Casper Smart ate at Tutto’s Southampton location.
Lopez and Smart were also seen outside 75 Main chatting with owner Zach Erdem. The Southampton hotspot 75 Main also played host to wife of billionaire CEO Seth Bernstein, Marie Bernstein’s celebrity-packed birthday party. Her guest list had several sports industry notables, including New York Giants defensive end turned talk show host Michael Strahan and Brooklyn Nets owner Artie Rabin. Also in attendance was businessman Marc Leder, Record Executive Damon Dash, businessman Bill Nuti and his wife Michelle, and top video game designer and CEO Brian Reynolds.
Richard Gere, who recently listed his Hamptons estate Strongheart Manor for a cool $65 million, was also seen at 75 Main enjoying a family dinner with his wife actress Carey Lowell and their son Homer.
Sara Jessica Parker and Cameron Diaz both stopped by the Wölffer Wine Stand in Sagaponack on Friday night.
