SEASONS OF SOUTHAMPTON is offering Thanksgiving-to-go. For $299 plus tax and gratuity, pick up a dinner that serves up to eight people. The first course is honey spiced pumpkin soup. Next up is micro greens salad with dried cranberries and walnuts. The main course includes a whole roasted turkey with giblet gravy, stuffing, mashed potatoes, sweet potato pone, creamed spinach, cranberry sauce, fresh vegetable medley and dinner roles. Dessert offers are a choice of apple crumb pie, pecan pie and pumpkin pie.
LOBSTER GRILLE will serve a prix fixe Thanksgiving dinner from 1 to 7 p.m. Start with roasted butternut soup with applewood bacon bits or a salad. For dinner, have turkey with apple sage stuffing, giblet gravy and mashed potatoes; prime rib of beef Yorkshire pudding roast garlic thyme au jus and baked potatoes; 1 1/4-pound lobster steamed or baked; or crab crusted flounder with roasted corn sauce and masked potatoes; baked stuffed shrimp with crabmeat and lemon buerre blanc. Vegetables are served family style. Dessert choices are pumpkin pie, apple taste tatin, ice cream or bread pudding with caramel butter sauce. The cost is $24.95 per person. A LURE CHOWDER HOUSE & OYSTERIA, the new waterfront restaurant on the Peconic Bay, is offering a $34.95 Thanksgiving prix fixe from noon to 6 p.m. Appetizers to choose from are spiced butternut squash soup with fried sage and walnut oil; field green salad with cranberry maple vinaigrette, roasted chestnuts and blue cheese; crab came with warm lentil salad and remoulade; and beet salad with balsamic vinaigrette, goat cheese, toasted pistachios and apple. Entrees are pumpkin ravioli with pesto cream, gorgonzola and roasted tomato; homestyle meatloaf with mushroom gravy, garlic mashed potatoes and creamed spinach; and potato crusted salmon, verjus butter, braised greens and lentils. For dessert, there is flour less chocolate cake with lime scented caramel and sea salt; warm apple crisp and vanilla ice cream; and pecan tart with maple whipped cream.
