Aleksandra Kisielewicz of Hamptons Employment Agency Among 40 Under 40
Aleksandra Kisielewicz, founder of Hamptons Employment Agency, Inc. (HEA) in Southampton, will be presented the “40 Under 40″ Award by Long Island Business News at their annual awards dinner in Woodbury on Thursday, January 30. The honor is given to accomplished business leaders under 40 years old who are making an impact on Long Island.
Each year, a committee of Long Island business leaders selects the 40 Under 40 nominees from a field of some 200 applicants. These young professionals are recognized for their outstanding business achievements, mentoring initiatives to further their industry, and giving back to their community.
“It is an honor to receive Long Island Business News’ 40 Under 40 Award. This recognition demonstrates what is possible for young business people, whether you’re an entrepreneur or excelling in a corporate position,” Kisielewicz said. “Hamptons Employment Agency is thriving, and the 40 Under 40 Award is a source of pride for everyone in our organization.”
Kisielewicz founded HEA—a leading domestic staffing firm that serves clients in the New York Tri-State region and beyond—in Southampton in 2011. She opened a Manhattan office (590 Madison Avenue) to accommodate her growing clientele in July of 2013, and recently relocated her agency’s Hamptons office to a larger space at 149 Hampton Road in Southampton. Kisielewicz attributes the primary source of her domestic staffing agency’s success to her team’s strong attention to personalized service.
In recognition of HEA’s domestic staffing excellence, the company received Dan’s Papers 2013 Platinum Best of the Best Award for the “Domestic Agency” category, for both the South and North Forks of Long Island. Kisielewicz’s agency also won the “Best Domestic Agency” Platinum Award in 2012. “The readers’ selection of Hamptons Employment Agency for both 2012 and 2013 is a strong testament to the high quality of our client experience and to the high quality of our domestic professionals,” Kisielewicz notes.
More information on the Long Island Business News’ 40 Under 40 Award is available on the organization’s website. Tickets are still available to attend the awards dinner, which takes place on Thursday, January 30 at Crest Hollow Country Club in Woodbury.
