Police: Man Purchased Car Insurance on Victim's Credit Card

A 51-year-old East Hampton man was arrested on allegations that he used someone else’s credit card information and forged the victim’s signature to purchase car insurance.
After several months of investigation, detectives arrested Donald DiCostanzo on February 20 and charged him with second-degree forgery and fourth-degree grand larceny, both felonies, police said.
The charges started in July 2013 and amounted to more than $600, according to police
