Konfirmed: Kardashians Koming to Jobs Lane in Southampton to Open Dash

Irma Herzog, who owns the storefront as well as the Drivers Seat Restaurant next door and other village commercial properties, confirms Monday that the Kardashians have leased the space for the summer. She did not know when Dash will open. But with Memorial Day on the horizon, it could be any moment now.

The space was most recently an art gallery, Hamburg Kennedy Gallery. It is set back from the sidewalk quite a bit, down a brick alley that also accesses backyard seating at The Drivers Seat and Lucille Khornack Gallery. The alley is private property, so it could be closed down to let E! cameras in and to keep paparazzi and lookie-loos at bay during filming.

Herzog says she is excited when any local retail space is rented out, and not just her own properties. She says she loves Southampton Village and wants every storefront to be full.

She may get his wish this summer. Jobs Lane is filling up with pop-up shops and new businesses that has already opened their doors, or will be scrambling to open in time for Memorial Day weekend.

The Kardashians had a tough time nailing down a space for the store. When the show first launched its Facebook page, the page stated that the store would be coming to East Hampton. There were many false reports that the store would be on Main Street in Southampton, and pranksters at a business on Nugent Street put a “Dash Coming Soon” sign in their window.

Now that the location of Dash has been revealed, it still remains to be seen where the Kardashians will live for the summer. We suggest one of these five.

The Hamptons may also get a bonus Kardashian this summer. Kim Kardashian told E! News she plans to spend up to a month in the Hamptons with her sisters, guest starring on their show. That would land just after her nuptials to Kanye West.
