Recreating Hilaria Baldwin's Bridgehampton Yoga Posture
Every day, the staff at DansPapers.com waits with bated breath for Hilaria Baldwin to post her new Yoga Posture of the Day.
Baldwin has committed to stopping whatever she is doing once a day to perform a yoga posture and share it with her followers on Instagram. Often, she is out in public when she does it, so we get to see yoga in all sorts of unconventional places.
When she is not traveling, she and husband Alec Baldwin split their time between Manhattan and the Hamptons, so often she is sharing her yoga postures from the Baldwins’ home in Amagansett or while out and about on the East End.
Being the savvy locals that we are, the DansPapers.com staff always recognizes where exactly in the Hamptons Baldwin is.
For St. Patrick’s Day this year, Baldwin posed on a sidewalk bench in Bridgehampton in front of Pierre’s and Hampton Library. Recently, we went and visited that bench and recreated Baldwin’s yoga posture. Or, to borrow a term from the 2008 film Be Kind Rewind, we sweded it.
What do you think of our imitation versus the original?

While this pose did not look particulary challenging, Oliver’s back—and screams of pain—can attest that it is. There are more #hilariaypds that were done in the Hamptons that we would like to try soon, with various levels of difficulty.
DansPapers.com does not recommend trying these poses yourself. Only advanced yogis—and advanced web editors—can pull these off without lasting injury.
If you have tried any of Hilaria’s yoga postures in the Hamptons, show us by using the hashtag #danspapers on Instagram. We will share your photo on DansPapers.com.
