Townline BBQ in Sagaponack debuted a new meat program aimed at changing the quality of meat served in the restaurant. In the ongoing initiative to be a green, organic and healthy restaurant, Townline will now offer only grass-fed, antibiotic- and hormone-free meat that is humanely raised. Customers will now be able to order their choice of meat in quantities of a quarter- pound, a half-pound, a pound or as a sandwich. This will allow diners to mix and match their meat orders.
