On Tuesday, Wednesday and Sunday, a two-course prix fixe is available for $35. Selections include: grilled Shinnecock calamari served in a spicy dressing with roasted peppers, grilled red onions, orange supremes and shaved fennel; and basil-crusted swordfish with orzo paella, chorizo, peas, shrimp and mussels.

668 The Gig Shack in Montauk kicked off its new “champagne campaign” on Wednesdays to pair with its staple menu items. Every Wednesday until 10 p.m., select bottles of champagne will be available for half-price while guests will be showered in bubbles from a bubble machine.
