Though Cinderella is devastated when her carriage turns back into a pumpkin, East Enders would have sung a different tune. Pumpkin, lauded for both its deliciousness and its health benefits—it’s packed with fiber, vitamin C, vitamin A and potassium—has made its highly anticipated return to menus across both forks.
