75 MAIN, 75 Main Street, Southampton, will serve a $30 prix fixe three-course dinner on Thanksgiving from noon to 9 p.m. Appetizer choices are butter lobster bisque, Caesar salad, local little neck clams and chop salad. Entrees are roasted turkey, sliced pock tenderloin, grilled beef sirloin and mustard salmon. All entrees are served with butter green beans, chunky cranberry relish, peas and pearl onions. A $349.99 package, plus tax, serves 12–14 and includes a choice of potato leek or butternut squash apple soup; roasted whole turkey or 10 pounds of boneless turkey breast; traditional sage sausage stuffing or meatless cornbread stuffing; baby roasted tricolor potatoes, mashed potatoes or roasted yams; and steamed vegetable medley, honey glazed baby carrots or brown sugar glazed acorn squash. FRESH HAMPTONS, 203 Bridgehampton-Sag Harbor Tpke, Bridgehampton, is serving Thanksgiving dinner with seatings from noon to 6 p.m. In addition to the regular menu, a number of specials will be available à la carte. All tables will receive complimentary oven-roasted chestnuts for the amuse bouche. Salad specials are local organic mesclun greens, and toasted pumpkin seed vinaigrette. The turkey entree is oven-roasted and organic with giblet gravy, caramelized chestnut stuffing and turkey leg confit, citrus cranberry sauce, winter squash succotash, organic greens sautéed with garlic and oven-roasted local organic root vegetables. The fish is a wood-roasted local striped bass with Manhattan Bourbon cream, local organic spaghetti squash sautéed with herbs, Brussels sprouts and sweet potato puree. The vegetarian plate includes many of the mentioned sides, plus roast garlic whipped potatoes, honey glazed carrots, turnips, beets and squash succotash.
