Yale Law School Library associate director Fred Shapiro has released his annual list of the most notable quotes, and a number of Hamptons fans made the list.

Amagansett residents Gwyneth Paltrow and Chris Martin‘s now-infamous statement on goop.com about their seperation was number 9. “We have always conducted our relationship privately, and we hope that as we consciously uncouple and coparent, we will be able to continue in the same manner,” the March 25 statement read.
In a three-way tie for number 10, Hamptons visitor Joe Biden is quoted saying, “Isn’t it a bitch? I mean, … this vice president thing?”
The vice president of the U.S. was responding to the student body vice president at Harvard College on October 2.
