Elle magazine has rounded up the Most Influential Women in Food, and, of course, they included Claudia Fleming, of the North Fork Table & Inn.
Fleming co-owns the Southold restaurant, which has highest Zagat rating on Long Island, with husband Gerry Hayden. It is on the market for $3.8 million.
The Long Island native’s credits include pastry chef of Danny Meyer and Tom Colicchio’s Gramercy Tavern, and in 2000 she won the prestigious James Beard Award as Pastry Chef of the Year.
