EAST END KID:
EMILY COVERS DISNEY WORLD BY EMILY HART POST WITH A LITTLE HELP FROM KATLEAN DE MONCHY AND DAVID POST I’m nearly six-years-old, and I went to Disney World because Dad bid the highest on a Hamptons’ silent auction at the Einstein College of Medicine Kids Carnival. We got Jet Blue tickets, and spent a few days at the beautiful Champion’s Gate resort and two days with Murray of Suntastic tours to be our guide. On day one we went to Epcot Center first to see my favorite Disney character, Crush, from the Nemo movie. Then, we went on Soarin’, Dad’s favorite ride. He wanted to go again, but we had lots of places to visit. Then, we went to Magic Kingdom where we did lots of rides and finished the day by watching the parade of floats at night. That was so exciting.
The next day, we went to the other Disney parks, saw some shows including Lion King, where I was part of the show and I got to go on the Everest ride, which I thought was a little scary.
Thanks to Mom and Dad and Murray for a great time. If you have a party or an event – contact my dad at david@starinme.com and maybe we’ll cover it. |
