This is the third year in a row that the Fuchs family has catered to the area’s less fortunate individuals. On Thanksgiving Day, at 12 p.m., George and Michael Fuchs, with the help of area volunteers, will serve some of the area’s most needy individuals, chosen by local officials, and treat them to a gourmet Thanksgiving dinner, complete with all the trimmings. Since the Fuchs family first began this Thanksgiving tradition, many other area businesses have helped with donations. This year, the Fuchs family would like to thank Best Yet, in Riverhead, Juntas Bakery, in Aquebogue, Greenport IGA, Southold IGA, and Briermere Farm, in Riverhead, for helping to make this year’s dinner a success.
