East Wind, in Wading River, celebrates the third annual Big Little Holiday Party. Monday, December 11 from 7-11 p.m., hospitality, service and retail industries are invited to dance the night away with DJ Tommy’s Tunes for $39.95 per person. Friday, December 15 from 7-11 p.m., all industries, no matter how big or small, are invited to groove to DJ Long Island Sound for $59.95 per person. Each night includes four hours of open bar and a holiday buffet featuring stations from around the world. Special menu items include: roasted NY sirloin with whipped potatoes, eggplant rollatini, stuffed mushrooms, international cheeses, garlic and cilantro encrusted pork and a dessert bar. The Patio, in Westhampton Beach presents a Holiday Party on Saturday, December 16, from 9:30 p.m. until close. DJ Fast Eddie will be playing music from the 70s and 80s. The Laundry Restaurant, in East Hampton has announced a special three-course prix fixe for $19.80 per person, which offers a lighter bite for a lighter price; it’s offered Sunday through Thursday evenings. The restaurant continues to offer their ultimate three-course prix fixe for $29 per person as well, available Sunday through Thursday. There are choices for both prix fixes at every course featuring some of The Laundry’s favorites. Southampton Inn, in Southampton will host a two-day New Year’s extravaganza brimming with old-fashioned cheer. On December 31 festivities kick into high gear at 8 p.m. with cocktails, hot and cold hors d’oeuvres and a top shelf open bar to begin the evening. There will be a supervised party for the kids in the Inn’s newly revamped game room. Children ages 4 to 18 are invited to enjoy video games, toys, board games, children’s videos and a casual dinner buffet. Later, from 9 p.m. until 1 a.m. there will be dinner and dancing in the ballroom. A lavish four-course gourmet meal, created by executive chef Joseph Hsu will be served, and there will be a champagne toast at midnight with balloons and noisemakers.
