Well, here we are back at the computers at Dan’s Papers, a nice holiday vacation behind us. The shops are sporting sales galore, some new shops have just opened and some are getting ready to open. I’ll keep you posted…… Let’s do some shopping!
Southampton’s RumRunner on Main Street is having a “Clearance /Closing/Moving Sale” with 30% to 50% off furnishings and accessories. The store has some high-end items and this sale will save you plenty.
Dazzelle on Jobs Lane in Southampton is sporting a 50% to 70% off sale on clothing and accessories. Now is the time to stock up on these great buys.
If you are looking for an “After Holiday Sale” that will fill your home with furnishing and accessories, B&N Furniture & Sleep Shop on County Road 39A in Southampton has slashed their prices and is offering extra savings on discounted items with additional in store discounts. For those loungy nights check out chairs and recliners that start at $249, and cocktail, end and sofa tables, pictures, lamps and accessories, at up to 50% off.

I stopped in and the store was filled with after-holiday shoppers buying up a storm and saving up to 50% off on select merchandise. I walked out with two shopping bags filled with sale goodies. Get going at this sale only lasts until everything is gone.
Glorioso’s has been in Bridgehampton twenty-two years and has just moved to a new location at 2405 Main Street in Bridgehampton. There are always little sales going on in Glorioso’s, on fantastic embellished skirts, dresses, shirts, tanks, shawls, scarves and terrific jewelry.
Main Beach Surf & Sport on Montauk Highway in Wainscott is holding a “Lost Our Lease” sale with a cool 20% to 50% off! The shop will be moving to the old Treasure Island location in the spring of 2007.
Sag Harbor’s Australian Femininity on Main Street is having their “Winter Sale” with lots to choose from. There is a fabulous selection of skirts, hats, bags, scarves, dresses, and unique jewelry. This after holiday sale will give you a jump-start for Valentine’s Day gifts. Hey, that’s right around the corner!
At Romany Kramoris Gallery on Main Street in Sag Harbor look for “Hamtonscapes,” by Deb Craven. Her color photographs of the Hamptons landscapes are printed on high quality watercolor paper. These are graceful pictorials are washed in the same incandescent light found in the canvases of East End painters but are being sold at a fraction of the cost.
