Bobby Van’s in Bridgehampton specializes in Steakhouse classics and fresh fish. They are open seven days a week for lunch, dinner and weekend brunch. A $25 prix fixe and daily specials will be available Sunday thru Friday. For reservations call Bobby Van’s, (631) 537-0590.

The Laundry Restaurant in East Hampton will now be offering two three-course prix fixes on Friday nights. A $19.80 prix fixe offers a lighter bite for a lighter price; it is offered Sunday thru Friday evenings. Their ultimate three-course prix fixe for $29 per person is also available Sunday thru Friday evenings. Call the Laundry for reservations at (631) 324-3199.

Alison in Bridgehampton serves a three-course winter prix fixe for $24.50. It is available every night except Saturday, when it will only be available until 7 p.m. Tuesday is “Girl’s Night” with $7 cocktails and flatbread pizza. On Wednesday, enjoy $5 cheese fondue at the bar and Sunday, a roast dinner for two for $45. Call Alison at (631) 537-7100 for further information.

Indian Cove Restaurant and Marina in Hampton Bays serves a three-course prix fixe for $22 per person. Dinner will be served seven nights a week. Call the Indian Cove Restaurant and Marina at (631) 728-5366 for reservations.

Michael’s at Maidstone Beach in East Hampton announces the addition of Michael Meehan as the new Executive Chef. Meehan will also head the kitchen at sister restaurant, Michaels’ on the Boardwalk in Riverhead, set to open late February. The Cooperage Inn in Baiting Hollow now offers a Friday Night Grand Buffet thru March 30 from 5 to 10 p.m. The cost of the buffet is $25 per person plus tax and gratuity. Menu items include: winter fresh garden salad, chicken roulade, broiled stuffed flounder, marinated pork chops, sautéed seasonal vegetables and assorted house-made desserts. Almond in Bridgehampton offers a three-course $19.95 prix fixe available nightly from 6-7 p.m. and all night Monday. Menu favorites include steak frites, escargot and beef bourguignon. For more information call Almond at (631) 537-8885.

Westhampton Steakhouse located in Westhampton Beach offers a $21.95 prix fixe Monday thru Thursday. Menu items include: roasted half free range chicken, black pepper fettuccini, jumbo shrimp served with remoulade and a variety of signature steaks and chops all grilled to order. Saturday and Sunday nights enjoy live music with Ballroom dancing Saturdays upstairs in the loft. For more information call (631) 288-7161.

Almondito in Wainscott serves homemade guacamole, roast chicken mole poblano and banana leaf-wrapped pescado Veracruzano daily. Every Wednesday is “Miercoles Mania” where $5 margaritas and $5 bocaditos will be served. Thursday thru Monday enjoy a three-course $19.95 prix fixe offered from 6-7 p.m. and all night Wednesday. Tierra Mar in Westhampton Beach is hosting a Kiwanis Club Casino night on Saturday, January 20. The casino night is from 7 p.m. until 12 a.m. There will be hor d’oeuvres served and carving stations. Some of the hor d’oeuvres may include: hanger steak with horseradish cream, shredded free range chicken with dill cream on sliced baguette, steamed littleneck clams with green garlic sauce and crisp potato crusted local seasonal fish in a crisp potato.

The Lodge Bar & Grill in East Hampton offers a $25 prix fixe. It is available every night except Saturday and Sunday, when it will only be available until 6:30 p.m. Menu items include shiitake fillet of beef cups, Scottish salmon with succotash, sea scallops casino with roasted vegetables and meatloaf and mashed potatoes.
