The dinner will feature fine food prepared by twelve great chefs as well as handpicked wines to accompany the dishes. There will also be a live auction. The stellar lineup of culinary masters include Josh Capon, Rebecca Charles, Tom Colicchio, Claudia Fleming, Larry Forgione, Michael Huynh, Marc Meyer, Joseph Realmuto, Aaron Sanchez, Dan Silverman, Toshio Tomita, Laurent Tourondel and Miche Bacher. * * * Nine-year-old Dylan Janet Collins, a Sag Harbor resident and 4th grader at the Ross School, has been chosen to play the part of Young Nala in Disney’s National Tour of The Lion King. Rick Wester, Worldwide Head of Photographs for Phillips de Pury & Company, will preside over the live and online auction, which includes signed prints from Peter Beard, Bruce Weber, Annie Leibovitz and William Wegman. All proceeds will be donated to The Humane Society to help the 300,000 animals who depend on their veterinary clinic and adoption centers each year. * * * George Steinbrenner, the infamous owner of the New York Yankees, expressed his gratitude to Hamptonite Adele Smithers, president of the Christopher D.
