KID KALENDAR

PARRISH ART MUSEUM – 3/18 – 2-4 p.m. Families are invited to spend a fun-filled Sunday afternoon for a family fun day family tour and art workshop, which will focus on the High School Art Exhibition. CMEE – 3/19 – CMEE has a new and exciting list of workshops available starting March 19 and continuing through April. The fee for each 4-session series is $90 non-members or $80 members. SUBMISSIONS WANTED – The Southampton Youth Bureau is looking for submissions for its quarterly newsletter, Voices from the PATH. Students are invited to write articles about their school, community, view of politics, short stories, or poems. All articles must be submitted by April 6th. CREATIVE CARD WORKSHOPS – The Parrish Art Museum will offer card making workshops for children ages 8 and up on Sundays in March. Classes will run from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. Located at 25 Jobs Lane, Southampton. Call 631-283-2118, ext. 30.

PHOTO CONTEST – The Southampton Town Youth Bureau and Southampton Village Photo will be sponsoring the third annual photography contest for students in middle and high school. Submissions are being accepted for pictures of East End landmarks. The best picture of an East End landmark wins fifty-dollar gift certificate to Southampton Village Photo. Entries must be submitted by April 27th. For more information please call the Southampton Youth Bureau at 287-5734.

THEATRE PROGRAMS – Stages, A Children’s Theatre Workshop, Inc., invites young actors to join its Winter 2007 Theater Programs. Stages offers a variety of programs throughout the school year.
