Amagansett is now offering spring specials. The $21.95 three course
prix fixe is now available all night Thursday, Friday and until

Della Femina in
East Hampton is offering a three-course prix fixe for $30 per
person plus tax and gratuity, Sunday thru Friday all night and

Exquisite Food
in East Hampton will offer a new gourmet drop-off service beginning
this May. Now people with large families, weekend guests or those
who simply want gourmet comfort food can order it. The menu is
varied, requests are welcome and custom menus are available. Cost
vary depending on the items and number of guests. Made-to-order
items will be available for delivery on the South Fork until September.

Michaels' at Maidstone Beach in East Hampton is now open Wednesday
through Sunday. Dinner will be available Wednesday, Thursday and
Sunday from 5 to 10 p.m., and Friday and Saturday from 5-11 p.m.
In addition, Sunday brunch will also be offered from 11 a.m.-3

Wildthyme Restaurant
and Bar in Southampton, and Taittinger Champagne are presenting
a special five-course Champagne dinner on Saturday, April 21,
beginning at 6:30 p.m. This Dinner of Indulgence will feature
Jerome Jeandin, the National Director of Champagne Taittinger,
who will be on hand explaining the different champagnes, what
they are matched with and answering questions. The cost is $150
per person (including tax and gratuity) and guests will also receive
a Taittinger gift bag. The dinner will start off with a champagne
reception and hors d'oeuvres.
Michaels' at the Boardwalk
in Riverhead is now open for lunch seven days a week from 11 a.m.-3
p.m. The lunch menu includes North Fork clam chowder with local
potatoes and parsley; Buffalo style rock shrimp with tomato lime
tartar sauce; turkey club wrap with roast turkey breast, Applewood
bacon, tomato, romaine, and herb mayo; lobster roll; and Cobb
salad with bacon, avocado, hard boiled egg and Maytag blue cheese.
The restaurant serves dinner from 5-10 p.m. Sunday through Thursday

John's Restaurant
in Hampton Bays offers a menu of Italian delicacies plus an evening

Institute of Technology's In Good Taste on Wednesday, April 25
from 6:30-8:30 p.m. The event is a walk-around food and wine tasting
held at NYIT's de Seversky Center in Old Westbury. Reilly will

filet with Gorgonzola tart and tuna napoleon with avocado. Tickets
