Baldwin, Curtis Submit Picks for "Brooke's Best Books"

Alec Baldwin, Jamie Lee Curtis, Reading Rainbow creator Twila C. Liggett and several renowned children’s authors have selected two of their favorite books for children for “Brooke’s Best Books” as part of the first annual Brooke Jackman Foundation summer reading list (check out the full list here). The foundation, a New York–based non-profit that promotes and enhances literacy for at-risk children in the greater New York area, was started in memory of Jackman, who was killed in the 9/11 attacks.
