Musician Lauro Puts Century-Old Juke Joint on Market

Movie producer and musician Joe Lauro‘s Shelter Island home is up for sale at a price of $2.45 million. The house, which features six bedrooms three-and-a-half baths, was built in 1911, and was most notably a frequent “juke joint” scene, where Lauro would host benefit concerts in the house’s barn for a down-home atmosphere.
