Ooh La La Hamptons Music Video Goes Viral
The New York City-based pop group The Ooh La Las have just launched their first music video online and it’s about the Hamptons and it is one very catchy tune. The dance single will undoubtedly gain the attention of just about anybody that has ever visited the area or is interested in the Hamptons. If this doesn’t get on the radio I’ll eat my hat.
Melissa Levis is the executive producer and lead singer of the video and shot the entire video on location in East Hampton, sitting on top of the Main Beach lifeguard station, standing out in front of The Golden Pear and even casting Dan Rattiner with a cameo in the video along with Broadway producer Stewart F. Lane and his wife.
Levis describes the song and video as a, “Sassy celebration of the beaches, the beauties and the fabulousness of the Hamptons summer scene.”
Levis originally wrote the song for her East Hampton band, Melissa and the Moguls (which included a back-up band of true East End moguls Dan Rattiner, Broadway producer Jonathan Farkas, banker Pat Malloy, gold metal maven Andy Sabin, T-shirt impresario Alan Frank and real estate tycoon Allan Rose.
It’s combination of awesome, fun and funny. I love it.
Check it out.
