Sipping Pisco Portón at Dan’s Taste of Two Forks
A sell-out crowd at Dan’s Taste of Two Forks ate and drank the night away at Sayre Park in Bridgehampton this past Saturday night, making the inaugural event the top food-and-wine celebration in the Hamptons this summer. If you’re like us, sipping Portón Grapes & Roses with our friends from Pisco Portón throughout the night made you thirsty for more, so here’s the incredible cocktail recipe to enjoy at home:
Grapes & Roses

Serving Size: Makes a 3oz. Tasting Cup
1 1/2 oz. Pisco Portón
4 muddled grapes
3/4 oz. grape juice
1/2 oz. lemon juice
1/2 oz. simple syrup
(1 tarragon branch)
1 light spray of rose water
In a mixing glass, muddle the grapes and tarragon. Add Pisco Portón, lemon juice, simple syrup. Add ice and shake thoroughly. Strain over a chilled martini glass. Spray with a mist of rose water. Garnish with a rose petal and serve.
