To Address the "New Zodiac"- Think Again!

Western astrology hasn’t used the constellations of stars given the names of the Signs of the Zodiac for many, many years. Western astrology starts the first degree of Aries on the Vernal Equinox, the first day of spring, in the Northern Hemisphere. The 12 signs of the zodiac represent 12 different ways to look at the world and are not constellation-dependent. In fact, we could simply re-draw the constellations today and reassign the stars to new images of the signs, but why bother? Another reason not to do it is that Hindu or “Vedic” astrology has continued to use the actual constellations and they would be upset and not subscribe to this heresy. So, bottom line, you are the same sign you always thought you were!
