Ina Garten Swings By East Hampton High School

“Well that was pretty awesome,” said the high school kid.

Ina Garten surprised a lot of students at East Hampton High School when she swung by the school last week to teach kids how to make brownies, blueberry muffins and more for a Life Skills class that is taught at the school.

Did Ina Garten say the catch phrase, “How easy is that?”

Absolutely.

The Barefoot Contessa star and chef responded to a personal note that was sent to her by the teacher of the class, Denise Klein, that included a picture of the class and Ina decided that the High School would be a good place to do some cooking.

Life Skills class? That sounds like something I’d pay to do.
