A Splash of Montauk in Manahattan

Marcus Bigaro, beverage director at Montauk’s Surf Lodge, is opening If Mom Only Knew, a cocktail bar on New York’s Lower East Side. Said Bigaro, “It is definitely not a nightclub. It’s simply a neighborhood joint with funky music and creative cocktails.”
