East End Bison in Paradise

Bison lovers, keep your eyes, and appetites, focused on the Travel Channel series Food Paradise this December. Ed Tuccio’s Tweed’s Restaurant, in downtown Riverhead, was filmed this fall for a special episode of show, scheduled to air this month. Food Paradise features unique restaurants across the nation, and Tweed’s certainly fits that bill with its menu featuring fresh and local ingredients including notable dishes using Tuccio’s own locally raised bison. Paradise, indeed.
