Alec Baldwin, Super Bowl, Super
Eli Manning and the Giants crushed the Atlanta Falcons. Tim Tebow, love or hate him, delivered another unreal ending in Denver. But here on the East End, equally exciting NFL football news is that Alec Baldwin will be playing on Super Bowl weekend.
The night before the Super Bowl—Super Bowl Eve, as it’s now being called in some circles—Baldwin will host the first ever NFL Honors, at the Murat Theater in Indianapolis, the host city for Super Bowl XLVI.
Along with what we assume will be plenty of Super Bowl hype and a live performance from Lenny Kravitz, the NFL Honors will see former and current players handing out and hauling in such awards as the Associated Press Most Valuable Player of the Year, AP Coach of the Year, AP Offensive and Defensive Players of the Year, Walter Payton NFL Man of the Year, AP Comeback Player of the Year, Rookie of the Year and Play of the Year.
