Overheard in the Hamptons: The Lorax Lives

It’s Dr. Seuss’s birthday, and along with it a national celebration called Read Across America Day, for which the National Education Association was hoping the masses would actually read the Dr. Seuss classic The Lorax. But there’s also a little movie coming out by that name, so we understand the confusion of a young girl we overheard:

“The Lorax isn’t a book, mom!”
