Matt Lauer Hamptons Property Update

Several days ago we posted an article about Matt Lauer’s purchasing open land on which he has filed applications to build a horse farm. In the article it was stated that the property was 47.5 acres and on 7.5 of those acres he hopes also to build seven homes for sale. This is an error.

The horse farm property is 40 acres and is what he has bought, and there is a 7.5 acre parcel adjacent upon which other developers hope to build seven homes. Mr. Lauer has no connection with the proposed housing development.
