Dan’s Taste of Two Forks Countdown: Rumba and Cowfish
When Rumba owner and chef David Hersh opened Cowfish in Hampton Bays this year, it quickly became one of the most exciting new additions to the Hamptons restaurant scene. Hersh will be bringing samplings from both the island-inspired cuisine of Rumba and the steak-and-seafood-centric fare of Cowfish to Dan’s Taste of Two Forks food-and-wine event on July 14 at Sayre Park in Bridgehampton, where he’s looking forward to a night among the East End’s other culinary luminaries.
