Dan’s Taste of Two Forks Countdown: Seth Levine of Georgica
Dan’s Taste of Two Forks, the food and wine event in the Hamptons, is coming to Bridgehampton on Saturday, July 14, and Georgica Restaurant and Lounge chef Seth Levine is already looking forward to the big night. “Always being in my own kitchen at Georgica, I don’t get to venture off and see my other chef friends in the area too often—or even get to taste there seasonal creations,” he says. “Dan’s Taste of Two Forks is like a meeting of the East End minds all stuck in one room.”
What’s Great About Being Part of the Cuisine Culture on the East End: You really have a four-month span to let people know who you are as a chef. Being this is our fourth year, it’s great to be considered a veteran restaurant, great to see our return customers and great making new ones.
