More LIRR to Montauk

The Long Island Rail Road will be increasing its service to Montuak—just not until next year. Along with additional services expected to begin in November across the LIRR, the 4:30 p.m. train from Hunterspoint Avenue to Montauk during the summer—which currently runs only on Fridays—will be restored as a daily train during the summer starting in May.
