Congratulations, Howard and Beth Ostrosky Stern! The happy Hamptons couple celebrated their fourth wedding anniversary last week. They also added to their animal-loving family by adopting a fourth cat from the North Shore Animal League, of which Ostrosky is a strong supporter.
