Jay-Z Goes from Bridgehampton to Brooklyn

Rapper and hip-hop mogul Jay-Z, who rented Joe Farrell’s Sandcastle in Bridgehampton this past August, welcomed the Barclays Center to Brooklyn on Friday with an opening night concert—and singing along in the crowd was wife Beyoncé. The Empire State (of mind) native owns a minority stake in the newly named Brooklyn Nets, who will play their first game in the arena later this month.
