Founded in 1980, Andy Kolb started his heating and cooling business in Mattituck. Drawing on eighteen years experience in the Sheet Metal workers Union in Manhattan, Andy set forth in motion a small business that would over time become a leader in the HVAC field. Andy’s philosophy was simple. Perform top notch installations, go above and beyond, exceed the client’s expectations and back it up with service and support. It is no wonder why over the years Andy’s customers were not just customers but friends. Today Andy’s son Drew and his hardworking competent team of associates carry on Andy’s straightforward business approach.
