Jeff Resnick and Tora Matsuoka have now opened up a new Sen restaurant in New York City. The popular Sag Harbor restaurant has opened its doors to anxious Flat Iron District sushi eaters.
The new restaurant offers up a large wine list and food made by executive chefs Bryan Emperor and Hiro Sawatari. The new place is located at 12 W 21st Street in Manhattan.
The expansion into New York is a result of both opportunity and demand, with Tora constantly fielding the question of, “You should open up a restaurant in the city.”
