Alec Baldwin Returns to Host NFL Honors
Taping for the final season of 30 Rock maybe over, but Amagansett actor Alec Baldwin continues his campaign to be named “The Busiest Man in Hollywood.” Along with his many projects, including the Here’s the Thing podcast, his upcoming role in Orphans on Broadway (previews begin on March 19) and a recent deal to begin developing shows for NBC, Baldwin will be hosting the second annual NFL Honors on February 2.
The night before Super Bowl XLVII, Baldwin will emcee the NFL‘s salute to its best players and plays from the 2012 season. The two-hour star-studded football and entertainment event will take place at the Mahalia Jackson Theatre in New Orleans. Baldwin also hosted the inaugural show at the Murat Theatre in Indianapolis, Indiana last year. Seven of the awards being announced will be from the Associated Press, including the AP Most Valuable Player.
Tune in to this primetime awards special when it airs nationally on February 2, from 9-11 p.m. on CBS.
