Bethenny Frankel Demands Child Support From Ex
No longer real housewife Bethenny Frankel—who has a net worth of as much as $187.7 million*—has demanded her ex-husband Jason Hoppy pay child support, according to TMZ.
Frankel has insisted her ex pay the support retroactively from the date she filed for divorce last week. She has also demanded Hoppy pay for medical, dental, optical, therapeutic and orthodontic expanses for both her and their 2-year-old daughter Bryn, as well as life insurance that names her and Bryn as the beneficiaries. In addition, Frankel wants Hoppy out of their home permanently while she remains the sole occupant.
Oh, she also wants sole custody of Bryn and to have the judge enforce their prenuptial agreement, which was signed five days before the wedding. TMZ quoted “a source connected with Bethenny” saying that she wants things to work out amicably and in their daughter’s best interest.
*Sources are mixed about Frankel‘s net worth. Some put her total between $25 million and $55 million, but the former cast member of The Real Housewives of New York City supposedly sold her Skinny Girl company for between $39 million and $64 million, and she was earning $40,000 per episode of her Real Housewives spinoff show Bethenny Ever After on Bravo.
Celebrity Networth reports Hoppy‘s worth at around $5 million, which he earned from high-end New York real estate deals and his time as a pharmaceutical sales rep.
