Jason Hoppy Still Wearing Wedding Ring

Despite his escalation of an ugly divorce with Bethenny Frankel, Jason Hoppy was photographed wearing his wedding ring on Wednesday. US magazine caught the executive and Bethenny Ever After co-star in Manhattan playing with his and Frankel‘s daughter Bryn, a little more than a week after filing papers requesting primary custody of the 2-year-old. Frankel has also requested primary custody of Bryn.

On January 24, Hoppy filed “agressive” new divorce papers in response to Frankel‘s divorce demands, TMZ reports. Along with his bid for primary custody of Bryn, Hoppy countered Frankel‘s requests by asking for the same things—he wants child support and says Frankel should cover medical and dental expenses for both him and their daughter. Like Frankel, he also filed for exclusive use and occupancy of the marital residence (the couple’s $5 million Tribeca apartment) and asks that she get a life insurance policy naming him and Bryn as the beneficiaries. Thanks to a prenuptial agreement, Hoppy has not tried to claim any of Frankel‘s estimated $100 million fortune.
