Kelly Ripa and Mark Consuelos are selling their home in New York City for $24.5 million. We’re guessing that they are going to be spending more time at their house in the Hamptons! The house includes a 6,900-square-feet, a private roof deck, a fireplace, hot tub, and a home gym. The home is pictured above.

Bridgehampton resident Madonna is also selling her New York apartment, the duplex is 6,000 square feet and includes eight bathrooms, five wood-burning fireplaces, a library, a marble master bedroom, a claw-foot tub and balconies overlooking Central Park near 64th street.
