Come in from chill and enjoy some hot jazz! Candlelight Friday is from 5– 8 p.m. throughout the fall and winter season. No cover charge to listen to some of New York’s finest musicians. Wines by the glass, mulled wine and cheese/charcuterie plates for purchase.

Meet Tuskegee Airman Mr Lee Hayes at Amagansett Library
3:30-4:30 p.m.

Adults, teens and children Gr3-up will be inspired by Mr. Hayes’ experiences as a Tuskegee Airman. The Tuskegee Airmen broke barriers to serve their country and gave added weight to the Civil Rights Movement. Kathy Curran and Noel Gish of the Suffolk County Historical Society will conduct a conversational interview. Please register at 631-267-3810. They have also loaned us their photo exhibit of the Tuskegee Airmen, which is on display throughout the month of February.

SoFo – Blue-spotted Salamander Search

Montauk’s vernal ponds are one of the few places in the world where the Blue-spotted Salamander, in its purebred form, can be found. Join SoFo on our nighttime foray as we search for this unique native species. Please bring a flashlight and wear boots, as late winter rains will make the ground soggy. Cocktail Party Fundraiser at Inn at East Wind for 63rd Annual St. Patricks Parade

Enjoy the most anticipated annual community event of the year by dancing to popular and Irish music provided by Jerry Finlay’s Cara Band. The Suffolk County Police Officers Emerald Society Pipe Band will make their regal entrance and perform as a prelude to this year’s parade. The evening would not be complete without a performance of traditional Irish Step Dancing by students of the Mulvihill Lynch School of Irish Dance.
There will be raffle prizes, a Chinese Auction and official Friends of St. Patrick attire available for purchse. A traditional Irish Dinner of corned beef and cabbage will be served and a cash bar will be available.
Tickets are $40 per person, and are available individually, as well as for tables of 10 or 12 people, through Friends of St. Patrick at:
