Alec Baldwin and "Orphans" on TimesTalks

Rumor had it Alec Baldwin was tagged for Carson Daly‘s spot on late night television. Yet, as fast as the news came in, the news was shot down. In fact, The Los Angeles Times reported that NBC renewed Last Call with Carson Daly for a 13th season in his 1:35 a.m. time slot, which allayed further rumors that Baldwin would be filling the former MTV veejay’s spot.
Don’t despair—Baldwin and his Orphans cast-mates will speak about the play in a TimesTalks interview this Monday, April 15 from 6:30-8 p.m. at The Times Center, 242 West 41st Street in Manhattan. He and SAG and Emmy award winner Ben Foster, and London Newcomer of the Year nominee Tom Sturridge will share the stage with The New York Times theater reporter Patrick Healy. The topic of the conversation is ensemble acting preceding the opening of Orphans on Broadway on April 18.
Tickets will sell out quickly for this TimesTalks series! And if you just can’t get enough of your favorite Hamptons star, be sure to purchase tickets for Orphans. Check timestalks.com or call 888-NYT-1870 for more info about this special event.
